Welcome back. I'm sorry it's under these circumstances. If you Google "cataract cats pictures," you will find photos that look very similar to the one you posted. Bengals are more prone to cataracts over your DSH. Thankfully, there are vets who specialize in ophthalmology these days -- and the cataract can be surgically removed. I'm sure it's not cheap. The specialist will diagnose and go over the treatment options with you.
Cataracts are the clouding of the cornea and the light is reflecting off the cloudiness. This impacts your cat's eyesight.
