Which girl should I choose, plus another question

Hey everyone,

So I've been told I now get to pick between the two girls, here's 2 up do date photos of them, I can only pick one as the breeder is going to keep the other one.

I was originally told I was going to have the larger kitten (girl 1) but as I have experience with a small Bengal the breeder has said I can pick the smaller girl ( girl 2) if I want her.

Also I've kinda fallen in love with this little boy from the older litter (he's a week older)

How easy is it to have a girl and a boy together?
What's the benefits of having 2?
Should I get both?
I have no interest in breeding so when would I need to get both neutered so no accidents?

They are all so beautiful! I dont know why, but I am drawn to the little boy. Maybe because I have only ever owned male cats. You cant go wrong with any of them. Have you met them? What are their personalities like? You could definitely have a boy and girl together if they were neutered. I had mine done at 6 months, but I think there are vets that will do is sooner. If you have one of each you want to do it as soon as is safe so you dont end up with a litter!

Dya know though, as long as they are properly socialised, their personalities will change and mould to you and your family. I can safely say that my 2 still display characteristics from when they were that young, but they have both grown and changed so much. Im almost jealous that you get to have 2 new little kittens to look after. Im also glad mine are past that stage as well, haha!

I would get two if that is possible for you to do. They will have each other to play with and you will get to watch the fun as they grow. I would never be able to keep one bengal kitten entertained on my own. They have energy +++

I'm sure either girl would be good with the boy, but my first thought was to get the larger girl and the boy so they are more evenly matched. Bengal kitties play quite rough and the male might be too powerful for the smaller female. All three are so adorable. I would have them neutered/spayed at 4 months. That is the usual age and you wouldn't want to risk them having kittens.

I couldnt even imagine being able to wear out a bengal kitten on my own before and after work. I am just getting to a stage where my two are calming down and becoming easier to manage adult cats, but they were such balls of energy a few months ago. I think its really nice for them to have another cat to relate to as well, especially if youre getting them from being tiny. They will all grow up to be really attractive little beasts from the pictures you posted too, its win win! And its gunna be so much easier for you if you have experience with bengals already. I came at it totally green and it took a good few months to get to grips with the little buggers!

So far it's a unanimous get both then lol, it's hard to pick between the girls though.

Aww! Such a little beast! Its impossible to say from those pics between the girls. You should meet them and see which tugs on your heart strings the most!

There have been no problems with me - personality is important though - ask which of the girls get on best with the boy

What's the benefits of having 2?

You get the benefit of another set of paws to help wear a bengal out. :-) They will likely play a lot together. OTOH they might bond slightly less with you than a single cat would.

Oh yes!

I have no interest in breeding so when would I need to get both neutered so no accidents?

The breeder might arrange it - mine were neutered around 13 weeks then stayed with the breeder for a week to recover.

I might have to ask the breeder to hold him for me so I can meet him.

The girls I am kinda leaving it until the day to 100% choose

I'm going down on the 31st to collect so just over a week, but it is 2 1/2 hours away from me so I can't go up and meet him first really as just had hip surgery 5 weeks ago so need someone else to drive.

They are all so gorgeous! Mine were both neutered before we picked them up and came to us at 14 weeks. If you can get the breeder to deal with it, I would. Saves you the stress of it all.

Hopefully one of the girls will pick you and then the decision is out of your hands. The little one appeals to me, she looks full of attitude!

They are gorgeous kittens very much like my Pearl to look at.

I would definitely get 2, I only added another to my 4 year old boy because I couldn't keep him occupied enough and thought he would like a little girl for company, she is a 9 month old tornado, she and Magic charge round the house and they both get tired out and go to sleep.

They are not lap cats but love the fuss and tummy tickles, they do not cuddle up together either I think Magic still doesn't like sharing his space.

Hey everyone,

The breeder is holding him for me as well so I can see him when I pick my little girl up. Apparently he's very placid and friendly and gets on with all the other cats and kittens so she said either girl can go with him.

So I'll probably take both of them as I really didn't want to leave him and although I work from home it with be nice for them to have each other so I can actually get some artwork done lol.

The little girl has had a name change to Arya and the little boy will probably be called Griffith if I take him home.

Arya is a lovely name. i like that a lot, and you know Griffith will be joining you both! Haha
