I agree with what Brian said too.
As in a previous post regarding showing cats we did have an exceptional show quality Burmese (sadly passed away) who had the personality to match. He would have breezed through shows, he loved attention form everybody and was a big cuddly teddy bear with a lovely placid personality.
I wish we would have showed him now but I was also concerned about him picking up diseases that sort of thing. Haven't got a clue how likely that would be but it did concern me.
My other Burmese Muskey (not show quality) is a very grumpy cat but we still love him lol.
