Ava I agree with Abooksigun. If you are serious about breeding, do your research properly first, and then start with a female.
If you only have the male, and he is not neutered, as Abookisgun says he needs at least 5-6matings a year. A boy that doesnt mate enough just gets frustrated. Also, are you planning to keep him indoors, or allow to go outside. If you keep him only indoors, you have to be aware the chances are extremely high he WILL spray, and believe me, it is a smell you would rather NOT have in your house.
And if you allow him free rein outdoors, be prepared for him populating the rest fo the neighbourhood with cross Bengal kittens, and in this day and age of so many unwanted kittens, do you really want to do that?
As he is your first Bengal, just enjoy him for now and get to know the intricate complexities of the wonderful Bengal character.
Breeding is a lifestyle, and you have to be well prepared for it, so take your time, do your research, speak to other breeders, and then decide if it really is what you want to do.
Good luck, and enjoy Cabo!
