I don't really understand the charcoal genetics. What would you get with a seal lynx x charcoal brown mating? Say the charcoal's dad was brown/black throughout his lineage and his mom was a charcoal (with a mink mom herself)? I'm just trying to figure out how snow is carried with the charcoal coloring?

To be charcoal the cat must be "Apb a"at the agouti locus. If mated with a non charcoal i.e. A- at the agouti locus then charcoals will only be possible if the mate carries non agouti i.e. a.
The fact the cat is a snow i.e. cscs or cscb or cbcb at the albino locus is irrelevant.

Apb/A one copy of the charcoal gene (alc agouti) and one agouti (this is Enzo as recently tested) cat may produce charcoal kittens paired with a cat carrying a little a or that is a/a

Apb/a one copy of the charcoal gene and one copy of the non agouti solid gene (aka like a Mel) this is a charcoal

Apb/Apb double charcoal carrier ...put to a solid cat eg a Mel a/a will produce entire charcoal litter

You have to have an Apb and little a to be able to produce charcoal.
