Hi, I had a litter of kittens which I re homer last weekend. They were chipped vaccinated flead and wormed. I do everything right. A couple took a girl and boy and they had a nice house in the countryside and planned to take th kittens out in the garden etc. They spent a fortune on cat stuff. They collected them from me last Saturday. I had some nice videos of them etc.
Yesterday I received a message from the girl saying that they had split up and he has moved out of her house back to his flat 30 miles down the road. I was really upset about this because he often works away and travels and I sold them to a couple not a single bloke who’s worked away. She was a primary school teacher in the village so it would have been ideal for her to pop back to check on them whilst they were young. I did a contract with the kittens which basically talks about no breeding, Must keep them up to date with vaccines, good health, clean food and water, no re homing without my consent I must be given the choice to take them back. He has taken them away from his partner three days after they took them from me, again moving the poor things twice in one week, he was working all this week and apparently just asking people to pop in to feed them I am so upset because I sold them on the condition they were going to a stable couple. When the girl told me the news I messaged the boy, and he said they were happy and sent pics which were of tjemmin the old house they first took them back to, he lied and did not tell me he had moved them to a flat. I feel they are playing games spiting one another and my young kittens I sold them are getting caught up in all this mess. I still have all their pedigree documents and tica forms and won’t release them untill confirmation of slay and neuter. I have offered money to take them back and he is saying that he’s not in breach of contract and that they are his cats. I’m worried sick about them being pulled from pillar to post. They need stability
He has now blocked my number. Can anyone offer any advice on how to get my kittens back.
