Which Vaccine?-Thoughts Needed

Hi

Right I need your opinion on a Vaccine...

To be more precise Fort Dodge Fevaxyn iCHP my vet says it isn't very good.

I do need to find an all killed vaccine, this one above is but my vet really isn't keen.

Does anyone on here use or have used this in their bengals and bengal kittens and if so did you encounter any problems?

ATM I use PureVax but I am having so real bad reactions to it, so would like to try and find another

Anyways your thoughts would be gratefully received

Hi Cat

Pretty sure that's the one I just used for my litter of 6. Only have this experience to go with & had no probs at all. It's called Fevaxyn Pentofel & does Feline panleucopenia, Feline herpesvirus, Feline calicivirus, Feline chlamydiosis & Leukaemia. Hope that's the right one hope I've been of some help :wink:

Hi Cat,

I have just used this vaccine for my 4 kittens, also their mum had this vaccine for her booster. The kittens were a bit sleepy afterwards but were soon causing havoc again! Hope this helps.

Leon got Fevaxyn ICHIPChlam and I would say was totally unaffected by both jags whereas Kera got Fevaxyn Pentopel and was extremely sleepy with the first shot. I completely trust my vets with their choice of vaccine. :wink:
