Genetics?

Sorry! I didnt know them right off hand. BB's sire is PrinceRoyal Max of Bengal Bungalow and her Dam is Cassanova Holly of Bengal Bungalow. I have not been able to find the Gogees or Drinkwater yet?!? I was told she was from Gogee's blood line and the HCM that is in her line was supposed to have been passed from Drinkwater. I am not 100% sure about this. I havent been able to find much, that is why I was going to get in touch with the breeder that has her brother. She is big into genetics so she should know more. However it looks as if she is not breeding BB's brother anymore. So I dont know what that will mean for finding anything!

Wow thanks Claire and Elaine!!! That is strange I don't see any of the lines that were given to me!!! There is one cat from Gogees!!!! Well I guess that's good if the HCM was supposed to have came from the drinkwater lines! Is there a way to trace back even further with the info you all have given me?? Thanks again ladies!!!!

ok thanks Elaine! I have always wondered what other breeds or cats BB has in her line! It obvious that Jasper has Siamese and Burmese somewhere down the line although he is farther away from any outcross than BB is! I think!!!! The things I have been told have not checked out on either cat so far! Looks like I am off to investigate more!

Looks like it is going to take a lot longer than I thought! Everything I have seen so far has been Egyptian Mau(mostly), DSH, ASH,Ocicat,Burmese,,,,,, :eek:

That is a lot and that is just on BB!!! I havent even dug onto Jasper yet! I have found a couple of different ALC lines, or at least I think :redface:

Each line keeps leading to Millwood abd Centerwall. I would assume most Bengals do lead back to these two, especially Millwood!

QUESTION: I have just started looking at Jaspers and it says one of the cats is a Blue Mink Marbled tabby! What on earth is that?

AHHH! Thank you! I have came across several that were elither blue mink spotted or marbled in both BB and Jasper! It is really strange BB has all kinds of different breeds(outcrosses) in her pedigree but Jasper only has a few that I have found so far! It is very interesting to see the different lines they came from! Thanks for the links! I have enjoyed myself looking through them! :mrgreen:
