We have 2 Bengals - Mia a brown spotted girl of 11 months and Rani a silver spotted boy of 9 months. Both have been "done". Mia is quite athletic and has a slender profile. Rani is more of a lounger who likes nothing better than lying on the windowsill watching the birds or sleeping. He has, as a result developed quite a solid figure and a bit of a "belly", because he also loves his food! They have been on adult Whiskas pouches since they had their ops and in addition, I always leave plenty of dry food for them during the day. Can someone give advice on how many pouches they should be given a day. I normally give them 2 and a half or 3 each per day. But some people say this is too much and others make me feel guilty that I am starving my 2 darlings!

The vet says both are very healthy - Mia is perfect and Rani is a bit on the heavy side!

I have a 5 month old Bengal boy. I feed him half a pouch of kitten wet food mixed in with RC dry kitten biscuit 36 3 times a day. I don't leave dry food down all day but give him a few treats instead and once a week I give him tuna with dry food.

I wouldn't feed them adult food until they are at least a year old though.

3 pouches a day each sounds fine to me. Do they have the 3 pouches plus dry at the same time and how much are the portions?

There is dry food left all the time for them. Not sure how to upload the photo of Rani, but my other half will do this when he comes home on Monday.

Rani on the left Mia on the right. we took them to the vets tonight for their leukemia injections the vet said to only give them 2 pouches per day. they were weighed, Rani was 5.5kg & mia 3.9kg. You can see the difference in the pic
