I have a 3 year old male who frequently throws up his food soon after eating. Otherwise he seems in very good health. He's not too skinny or lethargic. He just can't seem to keep his food down. I feed him Purina Cat Chow Complete dry food which he seems to like. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Welcome to our forum. Your kitty may have a sensitive digestive system. Cats do vomit, but not regularly unless something is going on. The first thing you'd want to do is have your kitty checked out at the vet to rule out anything medical such as a mass somewhere. If that turns out okay, you may want to try feeding a food specifically for sensitive tummies. I also feel dry food is harder to digest than wet food. My bengal throws up dry food but not wet food. I would also feed in smaller, more frequent meals. I do feel a change in the food is definitely required. I'm guessing what comes out the other end is normal.
