That's exactly what I feed Dolly and Daisy on and, like you, I decided to leave them on the same diet for a while. They've now started to do most of their business outside so it's a bit hard to monitor how things are but Dolly (who was the one with diarrhoea) seems to have improved on the occasions when I do get to see what she's done. (Can't believe I find myself examining their litter trays and being so delighted to find solid matter
)
The next challenge will be what happens when they move onto adult food in the next couple of months (they're 10 months old this week).
