You need to specify where you live, as the list is very region-specific.
In the US, I don't know of any canned foods that aren't complete meals. You run into the non-complete meals when you start looking at the prepared raw formulations. This may not be true in other regions though. Dunno.
I think the majority of canned foods don't contain grain, only the very worst do. The differentiation between really good and mediocre is more about how much of the meat is from by-products and other low grade meat, or more human quality stuff. Most of the time you can see that difference the first time you open the can, but reading the labels is important too.
