I keep reading about the RC Sensitivity but it doesn't exist in the US, but I can't find the one that's the closest to it...

I've been trying out different dry foods for my boy Wilson who STILL has runny poops (but no more "accidents" at the bottom of the stairs). Now he's on the Hills science diet (I know I know, the vet suggested it to see how it goes, but I want to go back to RC). So which one of these is it? The 2nd one seems a little too serious, but I guess if keeps having soft poop... it is serious...

any ideas?

I don't know if there is a US version, but I've compared Hills from both sides of the pond before and noticed that their UK and US versions have different ingredients despite having the same name. So even if you find the US version, there's no guarantee it's going to be the same as the UK version. The composition might depend on where it was manufactured. The RC HE is a prescription food, as far as I know, so you'd have to ask your vet for it.

Over here we don't have to buy perscription food from our vet. We can purchase it from other outlets.

well it's not exactly a "spell" of runny poos... it's kinda been a consistent thing (i've checked him for diseases and stuff it's all fine, it's just that i need to find the right food).

so i'd ween him off the RC canin intestinal and slowly go to... regular RC? or the Special 33? ....

just before I go out and buy a UK 10kg bag of the 33. does anybody have any comments re: the health impact of this feed.

the male bengal i have is a fussy &*^%$%^&%!!! and will only eat this now although the female will put anything i put in front of her .

I know the product has quite a high fat content ( probably to make it appealing) but I have read on a particular US website a complete rant from a so called biochemist about the toxicity of certain items within it .

any comments and thoughts welcomed
