Both Kera & Leon are on RC Kitten which i suppose is not really much help to you? Have to say though they both are looking very well on it (Leon is maybe just a little porky at the moment tho LOL) they love it, lovely glossy coats and it agree's with their tummy's. I intend to stay with it but havnt yet decided which adult one to put them onto when the time comes?

I would have thought the Outdoor 30 food for "active cats with regular access to outdoors" would be a suitable regular food if you want to stick with RC. Even indoors, Bengals are pretty active so they aren't really your normal indoor cat . The Pure Feline range contains a lot of wheat and gluten which most people say isn't really that good so I'm not so sure about that range. The Feline Care range is intended for cats with specific needs, like hairballs, slimming etc

The alternative is the prescription foods wehich might be what you've got from the vet but you'd be paying more for those and they're not really intended as regular foods for normal, healthy cats.

No - both are suitable for kittens so 10 months is fine (I've had the moglets on it since I got them). Specialist kitten foods pack the calories into smaller quantities so don't be surprised if they eat more of the general food because of their energy needs.
