Hello all!
I'm in the process of picking my new bengal friend! This will be my first bengal and I know that I'll be in for a special treat with this breed! I couldn't be more excited!
I sat on a wait list for a breeder all winter/early spring and now finally there are pictures and kittens to pick from!
Here's a little boy that the breeder is offering me. I need help choosing. Here's the issue. His (the kitten's) mom is very red, more red than I'd like. I'm really looking for a leopard's pale (possibly yellow or light grey) background. I don't know if he'll turn out to be really dark like his mom. Can you tell when they're just kittens? I asked the breeder for what she thinks, but I'd love everyones opinion as well!
Here are pictures of his sides and a head-on shot. Do you think his background will stay light and creamy? There will be more kittens to choose from soon, so I don't want to just grab the first cute one out of excitment. The next litter has a stunning mom - but the breeder doesn't know yet if they'll have this kitten's nice rosettes.
HELP!

Here is his mom. You can see that she's very dark and has a lot of red. She's not really what I'm looking for. I don't know if her kitten will turn dark like her.

Here's a picture of the kitten's father. He's very pretty.
