The pics are a bit small to say for sure but I'd say they're green (a very nice shade though ).

Genetically speacking, the only blue eyed cats are siamese and colourpoint cats (such as lynxpoint snows in Bengals), and white cats.
Mink cats (Tonkinese, mink snow bengal) have aqua eyes (blue-green).
Brown have from golden to green eyes... but Bengals have really beautifuls green eyes which are a bit different from other breeds I think , an emerald green, or jade green, with no hints of yellow... (not for all of them but for some).

But it depends on the light too :



Onyx has classic green-yellow eyes...

So the answer to my original question I guess is that NO you can't get a blue eyed silver marbled Bengal.

You can't get a blue eyed black silver bengal .

You could have a snow silver bengal with blue eyes or a mink silver bengal with aqua eyes, but they don't look like black silver of course... (and I guess that's what you're talking about).

Of course, sometimes you have a black cat with blue eyes, but they're pretty rare because they're the result of a spontaneous mutation...
