Im looking to get a bengal soon is my 2 bed flat big enough? I will also be taking him every fortnight for the weekend to my country house which has big rolling fields and no neighbors for 3 Miles!

I also plan to take my cat with me every week to the forest for walks (off the beaten track)

Can you take him out for walks everyday? I don't know what a "fortnight" is. Mine wouldn't care much if we lived in one room as long as he gets his daily walks and weekend getaways. By daily I mean EVERYDAY rain, sleet or snow. The only time one room would be a problem is the AM zoomies. But there over in a few minutes besides that he stays in whatever room I'm in. Just make sure he gets exercise and a lot of attention. Do you live with someone? Any pets? Away for work most of the day? Does it have to be a Bengal? Is it the looks or attitude that attracts you to the breed? If its looks maybe a Toyger would be better IDK.

Bengals have endless energy, if you don't burn it up you'll have behavior issues or possible health problems.

100sq ft? Wow, that is really small. Kind of mind-bogglingly small by US standards, although come to think of it, my freshman college dorm room was probably about that size.

If you do get a cat, I think that making use of "vertical space" would be vital. Some sort of catwalk, climbing structures, high perches, and all that would be a must.

+1 Definitely a must. Until you own one you won't understand how active a cat can be. And how much attention is required, don't fool yourself and just think you can buy some toys.

Haha fortnight I was reading ...."I'll be taking him every night for the weekend" I waz confuzed.

I could take the cat for walks everyday but my main concern is other dogs in the surrounding area so i was thinking of taking him for a short drive to the nearby forest that is a safer environment for him/her altogether.

in regards to brian, 100sq ft might not seem like alot but there is a good sized living room, small kitchen, small bathroom, greeting hallway (stairs and joins all rooms together) two good sized bedrooms.

I also have a large bay window in the living room that would be ample room to fit trees, beds and litter boxes
