this may not be a big issue if a breeder is breeding various queens over a short period of time, but it really bothers me that queens and their kittens are kept in kennel-like concrete rooms with caged doors, as you would see for dogs at the dog shelters or kennels, with minimal interaction daily to earn the breeder more money. they should be raised in a home environment and be loved

Being quite new to this I am happy to report that my breeder had all the above
After my first viewing I was asked to have Rory tested for FIV & Felv (hope I got those correct) even though he is fully vaccinated, I then had to send confirmation that he was clear.

I have a 3 yr old boy, and my breeder wouldn't let her kittens go to a multi cat home unless they had been tested for those to dieases

I am really pleased with my breeder, and the environment her cats and kittens are kept in

It's obvious she cares now and the future of her cats
