Whichever breeder you choose the important things to look for are
1. The kittens are registered with either GCCF or TICA
2. The kittens are 13 weeks & fully vaccinated
3. Kittens have been flea treated & wormed
4. Kittens are vet checked before leaving the breeder & no unwell kitten is allowed to leave.
5. The breeder keeps the TICA or GCCF paperwork until you provide proof of neuter or spay.
6. Kittens are well socialised in a home environment - even though there will always be some kittens more timid than others especially in a large litter.
7. The breeder is willing to provide ongoing support & advice after you have taken your kitten home
8. You can see the whole litter of kittens with their mum.
I'm sure I've forgotten some things, but that is a basic list
