I have sent the 'breeders' both emails saying.
'For security reason, I am only willing to pay via cash on delivery.'

One of them have replied saying that this is fine.

They are only asking for
-Full name
-Address
-State
-Suburb
-Mobile & landline numbers

Can they scam me with just these details?

Any help would be great.

I would advice you not to get involved. Kittens are not usually free, unless it is a rescue situation and even then there is usually some sort of charge.

Breeders can get into difficulties and I suppose some may give away kittens to good homes then, however this paying for delivery only is a well known scam and because you live so far away and can not check it out easily then that would also ring a lot of bells for me.

There are many good upfront genuine breeders in Australia and many in your area too, I would contact one of them and go and see their kittens and not feed potential kitten farmers or downright scammers.

Gosh I wish i'd thought of telling them I was going to send a relative to have a look, would have loved to see the excuses roll in.

Maybe if the other one replies and tries to convince me there's no scam I'll play along lol
