I actually prefer boy 1 ! Think he is a stunner

Boy 1 looks wise - but do remember personality can also be a big big factor in decisions

Personally I think they're all gorgeous and there's no such thing as 'too light' or 'not enough contrast'. The lighter ones actually look really sweet!
Just my opinion of course, and yes I did initally choose Archie because of his stunning looks, but personality is right up there in the deciding factors! If they're in the same household and you go to visit them, you'll no doubt find that one of them chooses you, and any differences in looks will go out the window!

I actually feel a little perturbed that you have posted photo's of breeders kittens, with (critical) descriptions of 'too pale' etc etc.....but I am assuming you must have had permission to use their photo's?

When choosing any kitten, I would concentrate on finding the right breeder first (maybe someone who has health as a priority?), then look at the kitten photo's, and then go and see them to find out which kitten will choose you. Temperament does count for a lot, and even though you are searching for a pet kitten "with contrast" I also think that temperament, health and type are (more) vital components.

Really all three boy1-boy3 look great. I think trying to select one of those based on looks alone would be kind of silly. If you have the ability to visit them, I would pick based on how they responded to you. If not, then probably ask the breeder about which are the most friendly and active, and pick based on that.
