Can anyone recommend good silver breeders?

There are a couple of cute silvers available right now in OK, their website is Bengals Hideout. We have decided to buy a silver boy from her. She has been extremely friendly and helpful and we have been happy to see pictures of the happy playful kittens playing with her grandchildren and family members.

And goodness me if their website isn't terrible. Sorry, but these people and the way they do dealings just makes me highly suspicious.

We are a small cattery In El Reno Okla. Like I said on the first page we breed for temperament. Raised also with other household pets, like my indoor dogs and my big boxer. So when they go to their forever homes they will try to get along with everybody. This breed is a kind of it's own. Breed from a F1 to a sbt and you get these wonderful animals. They may look a like but they all seem to have their own little personalities which is so wonderful their new people whether it's a family pet, or a breeder/show. Before they leave my home they will have 1st shots, wormed and a health guarantee. The prices for these little ones will very from pet to breeder/show.

Yet she tells you this about the kitten at 9 weeks old?

"Well... the kittens are still not overly confident. It will be something once he is older...and you get him home with all of the one on one attention. The kittens do not really interact with me at this point... be are getting more comfortable playing on the floor. They kind of sit back and watch the older bigger kittens run around at this point."

Please, if this is the same breeder, do not recommend them to anyone. If it isn't let me know and I will delete this post.

It is not the same breeder I have been worrying about. It is another breeder that we have now purchased a silver from and we have been very happy with them

The breeder in OK only has silver's and we want to get one silver and one SBT (is that the right term for the ones with more golden colour?)

Even though they are not the same breeder it might be a bit premature to recommend them After all, you probably would have recommended the other one the first day after initially contacting them and putting down a deposit too. But it's what happens in the next month or two that would make them recommendable or not, right? The phrase "you sure know how to pick em" comes to mind

Oh, and plus, this is nearly the one year anniversary of the post asking for a recommendation... by this time the OP can probably recommend to all of us what to do about getting a silver bengal

^ I have to agree. There is almost NO information on it. Their "Kings @ Queens" (I think they mean "&") page is just two pictures of two cats... Nothing else. No names, no info, nothing! I would be very skeptical, unfortunately. =/

The funniest thing about the website is that when you click on "Kittens" it brings up a page with a title of "Grooming Services". Cute kittens though, but yea, nothing on their cats lineage, or policies, nothing on their health screening or diet or medical or anything. Yikes.
