12, 15 weeks! That is a bit young.
The standard recommended age is 6 months/24 weeks old. Though I hear it can be done a bit earlier.

A 15 week old kitty will get into mischief! I wouldn't look to neutering as a solution. What sort of mischief do you mean?

All the vets out here made me wait for 6 months on the dot. I hear they can have issues when they get older if you do it before 6 months. Also, I hoped it would tame him down when I he got his. He is 100% the same cat. I see no change. I hear some cats do change a bit. Good luck on that.

Thanks! He has been up the counter top and pulling everything off it and he has been attacking the top of my couch and pulling all the strings off the cover. I have tried many ways like the spray bottle but he still gets onto it after a few seconds. Nothing can stop him from doing what he wants

That sounds like a typical kitten to me . Maybe try distracting him with an interactive toy, like 'da bird' when he is doing those things. The spray bottle never worked with Jupiter....she likes it . Or, you could get another Bengal for him to play with .

thats a bengal for you. If you are worried about damaging your furniture they have something called Soft Claws. I have to have them for Olly. They are little soft caps that go on the nails. They are great! When ever anyone goes to the vet to get cats declaw my vet always tells them about these. Some change there mind, thank god. No cat should ever be declawed, but then again thats just me. You can find these at petsmart, petco and ebay. I'm sure other pet stores sell them also, those are just the places I seen them

Thanks! I will go and source for one now We have another cat, a female Birman, who plays with him all the time, but he proves to be more energetic than her and she ends up all tired up after an hour of play lol

He will be his a Bengal they are energetic and in to everything if you want a quiet life don't get a Bengal

The word 'Bengal' actually means 'Mischief' My older boys have calmed down a little bit but they are 7 years old and over now
