He got neutered the Wednesday prior to this happening. So there have been a few changes. At the time my kids were told not allowed to play with Confetti unless he came to them. (I was worried they might over excite him.) I choose not to allow him outside (worried about the stitches getting infected) for a week. So his normal routine there was changed. When this happened everyone was in bed asleep besides me doing homework. And his litterbox is out in the hallway away from anything that may startle him.

After those few incidents no more. I have gotten him a 2nd litter box along with having one hooded and one not. It was kind of weird but glad no more issues -- as of yet. MAybe he was stressed because of the changes for that week. things are back to normal. The kids go to him and we have taken him out so maybe he feels like he is getting his way. (Although this little guy is completely spoiled so I don't know how he couldn't feel like he isn't getting his way.)

Thanks everyone for your advice and input. Especially about the special cleaner. I think with him its still kind of a learning experience for him and us. In all honesty he is still just a kitten.
