Had to take cat to vets this morning for a vaccination booster shot but a few minutes before we left I cracked a tooth on a bit of grain in my breakfast cereal.
Called dentist and they had a cancellation at 9.30am and could fit me in then.

Vets appointment was at 9.00 am so was going to be a bit tight.
Asked Dentist if I could leave cat in his carry basket in the waiting room because I cant leave him in the car in the sun.
They said OK so off we went.
Well every patient and staff member sat around the cats cage..the cat showed off and licked and nibbled everyone's fingers..talked and chatted the whole time and showed off like a fashion model.
Then all the explanations what a Bengal cat is and where they come from..I held a class trying to talk with a numb mouth talking about these Bengals and their quirks and charactor.
Everyone was intrigued and talk about a relaxed dentist waiting room.
It was a whole lot of fun!!

Haha. I can just picture it. Sounds like a fun morning but sorry it took a chipped tooth to make it happen. Talk about making lemonade out of lemons.
Animals always bring people together. I Had a Dachshund and when even the grumpiest looking person approached they turned up a big smile when the spotted her. Thanks for sharing that story.

Sorry about your cracked tooth. Your dentist needs an "office cat" and it would certainly help calm patients down. There is a dentist who has a dog that is allowed on the patient's lap while they are being worked on. They claim it really helps calm the patient.
