My two co-exist most of the time. However, they do jump on each other at times. They never hiss or growl, but one will cry out when the other one is on top of the other. My DSH has claimed the top sleeper of one of the cat trees (we have three) and last night our bengal was sleeping in there instead. I feed them in separate bowls, but the DSH always wants the bowl I give Raiden which has the same exact food. The DSH is an outdoor cat as well, so the two litter boxes we have are fine for them. He rarely uses one inside. Raiden (bengal) is usually the instigator in wanting to attack Legs. We spend some time keeping them separated and usually Legs heads to the door and wants outside, so we open it and let him go.
