Likes to pee under Xmas trees and in any box left open
Likes to sleep in the kids bed, which isn’t on
Poops the most stinky massive things imaginable
Hates going outside, we live in the country
Sits and meows at the window till he gets back in..unbelievably loud
Jumps in the fridge or any cupboard door that’s opened, as you open it
Trips me up all the time by walking in front of me and just flopping on the deck
Couldn’t catch a cold let alone a mouse
Bites the children...children’s fault really they have been told not to pick him up and cuddle him
Playfully claws me every time I walk past him
Is systematically destroying every piece of my furniture

This is the short list, any of it should familiar?

What happened to sweet temperament, loves belly rubs, has to be with someone at all times .....

We all know the pitfalls of having a bengal, but the good has to outweigh the bad. Mine just hopped up on the chair next to my computer and head butted my arm. That's how he shows love.

Not all cats like going outside, I can't think of a reason why I would need my cat to go outside when they don't want to. Not sure how old he is but the urinating in the boxes means he has the right idea, wrong location, however I've only had 1 cat that went on the floor, so I showed her her mess first, then brought her over the litter box and put her in there. Didn't happen again. This could also be related to the type of litter you are using is uncomfortable ( some has sharp edges, others like clumping are more sand like in texture ).

Poop is related to food, so try looking at diet.

Tripping people is what all cats do, haven't had one that didn't run down the stairs in front of you so they could stretch across a whole stair when they know you're coming down.

Does he have scratching posts, preferably something that lets him stretch right out when scratching it. Might help with the furniture.

Sounds bored and under-stimulated to me.

I don't know what you were expecting when taking on a Bengal, but if you expected a cat that will disappear out the house and only come back for meals or cuddles you don't want a Bengal. Bengals have a very specific nature and personality. To sum them up they are more like "A hyper toddler with a very mischievous attitude" They are very high energy cats, very intelligent, and can be the most loving and cuddly cats. They will typically associate with one, maybe two members of the family that they will follow around like their shadow. When taking on a Bangal it's probably best to remember that your new pet will learn in exactly the same way as children, every single experience will have an effect on it's behaviour and ultimately your pet will be a product of it's upbringing, exactly like your children. The sooner you accept that truth, and adjust how you interact with your Bengal the sooner you can train him, and teach & enforce rules. Mental & Physical stimulation is key, as is time invested in activities such as playing, cat (dog like) walks etc.
