So very, very sorry, Hassan. You truly love animals, that is very clear - and you adored Snickers. What a horrible thing to happen! I don't know what I would have done under the circumstances. I still resent, to this day, a vet who - otherwise "a good vet" - didn't tell me to give my adored Zoe, a beautiful, sweet, laidback yet feisty lynx-point Siamese, tiny and perfect and equally adoring of me, subcutaneous fluid treatment for her kidney disease. I kept her half-sister, Trooch, a sealpoint alive till almost 20 years of age, for two years of nightly treatments. Why not Zoe? Because the damned vet didn't let me know I had that option. Only three years after her death I've stopped crying whenever I think of her. (I cry now when I think of Trooch, who died in January 2017, or of her litter-mate and brother, Miso, a splendid gray-point Siamese with the temperament of a dove, the loving nature of an angel, who died only months before his sister. So I can only imagine what you're going through. So young! It really is a terrible story. My heart goes out to you.
