Hello all,
Following on from my previous post asking advice about choosing kittens, we have now finally moved house (what a nightmare, I must have aged 10 years).
The exciting news is that we're going to see some kittens this weekend
The breeder that we've been in contact with lives near my mother-in-law and we're visiting her over the weekend in the midst of various family get-togethers! Two of her girls have just had litters so we're going to see them - they're very young yet so I don't think we'll be able to choose two and we will go back again in a few weeks. We're very excited although trying to stay calm as we know that the kittens will be very young and we can only admire from afar......
I just wondered at what age you normally choose a kitten? I know that they can be rehomed at 13 weeks but at what stage does a breeder normally decide whether a kitten is good enough for breeding/show for example?
More news will follow soon hopefully!
