Earlier today, 8.2.2013, I found a stray Bengal wandereing around in the grounds of the Civic Centre in Newcastle. It looks like a Female, possibly the one that was reported missing a couple of months ago in the city centre. It looks healthy enough, there are lots of baby rabbits to eat around there and plenty of warm places to sleep. I tried for about an hour to catch it, almost getting it to come to me, but in the end it is just a little bit shy now and it disappeared into some thick bushes. I will keep some cat treats on me from now on and see if I can pick it up with a view to finding it's owner. I already have a fantastic male Bengal and I don't really need another but you never know..
I anyone reading this knows the owner who lost their female Bengal a couple of months ago in Newcastle City centre please pass this message on.
