It is breaking my heart
but my situation is a double whammy, the man I'm in love with is deathly allergic to my cat and Ive tried every remedy as he as on his end. Popping anti-histamine, ephedrine, asthma inhalers, along with many attempts on my end to clear the dander does not work- its hopeless.
He cant even spend an hour with me in my home before an asthma attack takes place. The other love of my life is Dante, a gorgeous 1 year old Grey and white, than changes color into an orange/ brown, while his spots become blacker and blacker. is mesmerizing to watch, must be re-homed.. He has all the wonderful aspects of the Bengal, he fetches, is vocal, very intelligent, (will SWAK you on the arm if not done playing yet) but will not become that too loud, too vocal, simply chooses to not annoyingly jump on your head at: 5:30 am. Maybe six thirty he'll make a quite appearance in your bedroom, but his almost human instincts are obvious. There is also the matter of the co-op situation I'm in. I'm not sure how long I will reside here and its not fair to Dante. I want him to have a stable cat loving home with space. I know this must be done, but Ive never had to re home so any advice would be helpful as well. Thanks to all~ I will upload my photos as soon as I get a new usb port, He looks almost exactly like the picture of the gentleman's cat who had to re home his cat successfully picture, except Dante's eyes are green. He loves to plop down and give you his belly to rub at any time and loves debating Bengal vocals, with you during a tummy rub. I would appreciate advice on how to go about getting him the best home. Or who to stay away from etc..thanks again...
