6 weeks ago I recently received my two 12 week old de-sexed kittens. A male and a female.
They have got on famously for the past 6 weeks up until yesterday when the female started being aggressive towards the male....no apparent reason.
I live on a farm in New Zealand. So I called them both outside and they got on famously now worries at all after about an hour I bought them back in, again no worries....now 12 hours later and she is back to being aggressive. The poor male doesn't know if he can play or he needs to run for his safety.
There is no illness that I know of and they are very well fed.
any ideas?
I am not new to dealing with animals but am new to bengals.

My reply relates to cats in general - kittens are basically brats until they mature between 1.5-2 years of age. They will walk right up to an adult cat and swat them in the face, they will jump dogs, they will destroy your belongings, they will do all kinds of aggressive things. It's just the way they operate. And, sometimes, the female kittens get very aggressive towards their male siblings because it's an instinct to not mate with a sibling.

In your situation, you could try observing and then separating them when she gets too aggressive. Distract each of them with toys or treat, something to break the cycle. Eventually, hopefully, she will realize that the male isn't such a threat.

(Assuming there is no medical reason for the female acting this way, of course.)

Hmm, I guess my immediate reaction to this is that I'm not even sure if a cat that age is capable of true aggression. I've certainly never seen it. Are you positive that they are not just goofing around? Can you describe in detail what you are seeing and why you think it is a problem? A video would be best if you could manage it.
