I get to bring Timon home in exactly a week. The breeder I am going through re-homes her kittens at 10 weeks. The mother gave up nursing Timon's litter after only 4 weeks so they have been getting fed by bottle and now regular food. They all got eye infections so they had to go on a few eyedrop medications to clear it up and his eyes are finally getting better! So here he is:

Congrats on your new baby! He is beautiful bless him his little eyes look terrible I hope they get better soon! I would make sure they are all cleared up before you bring him home! I got BB at 10 weeks and she was very needy and clingy so just be warned , everyone suggest 12 or 13 weeks for them to come home and they are much more confident then, keep an eye in his little eyes that worries me and I hope he is better soon! BTW it looks like he is going to be a big boy from the picture of the litter!

Looks like a handsome kitten - even with the 'wet eye' syndrome!
I noticed what looks like a few open sores on Mum in the picture, near her nipple / hairline. Have you asked the breeder about this - perhaps that is why Mum gave up feeding, and if so, is it something the kittens could catch?

Buddy I'm from Pittsburgh it don't matter. I have the best cat ever. No health or behavior issues. I'm not saying that I share the haters opinion. I already know what people will say im'ma let them say it. Good luck-congratulations. Your big mistake was not waiting a week to post. Its a little hard so say aawww sooo cute with an eye infection its a lot easier to play should'a, would'a, could'a.

I ain't got no beef with, your making me laugh or being a noob. Don't be mad I was noob once. I know I said some things that people are still mad about and won't ever get over. I said it, its how I feel I don't take it back. But in hindsight maybe I should have keep my mouth shut. Like I said others will explain what you COULD have done different, what you SHOULD do now, and what WOULD have happened if.....

Or they'll read what I said and not fall into my stereotyping and just show you love

Lollo is quite correct, the eye problem needs testing for. I suspect herpes and, unfortunately, that is for life and whenever the kitten is stressed, feeling low, it can keep coming back. Herpes can also cause eye ulcers.
